City Rooms are London’s No 1 room provider and HMO specialist and have been in business since 2009. Breathe were initially engaged to create a brochure targeting landlords and property investors to use City Rooms to manage their properties. However, then the conversation turned to brand, and it became apparent that City Rooms also needed to refresh their brand. The new brand needed to reflect the young, vibrant culture of the business and be attractive to tenants and landlords. So we created a distinctive logo and a striking brand identity using strong imagery with powerful messages that catered for both the trendy young tenants and the more business-like landlords. Breathe rolled out the new brand across a new website, social media, emails, stationery, literature, and exhibition stands.

The work Breathe have done for us with the rebranding, new logo, new website etc has had a huge positive effect for us as a business. You understood the brief very well with regards to our ‘young and vibrant’ company and really brought that to life.
