Team+ design subscription prices
Our time is charged based on an hourly rate which decreases slightly the more time you purchase. These prices are per month on a repeating basis. Any time over the alloted time will be rolled over to the next month. We will keep you up to speed with how many hours you are using and every 3 months any extra hours used will be invoiced at the hourly rate.

We try to be flexible and responsive to meet our client’s timeframes and can turn work around very quickly if needed. Normally a brand design will take around 10 working days to create a logo and brand style boards. Websites can vary as it depends on the specification but a typical site will again be around 10 working days.

Our team is very experienced and we always strive to give a high level of service and professionalism to all clients large or small. Please look at our video and written testimonials from our clients which will hopefully reassure you.
We always try to be flexible to fit our client’s expectations and budgets. For new clients and website projects we do ask for a 50% payment upfront with the remaining 50% on completion once you are happy with the work.

Yes. All the websites we build use the WordPress Content Management System. We make them as easy for you to update as we can. We can also give you training to make sure you and your staff can keep your new website current with the latest information.
We researched several content management systems and the prime reason we use WordPress is that it seemed to be the easiest for our clients to use and is safe and secure. It is also opensource free software that is being continually developed to make the most of the latest internet technology. It is fully customisable and flexible to use and is very SEO friendly to help your rankings in the search engines. There are many additional plugins that give varied options for added functionality.
We offer most formats, but the common ones tend to be: eps, ai, png and jpg. If there is a format you specifically require we will do our best to provide it.
This is optional and depends on the scope and requirements of the project. We certainly recommend having a brand manual but it does depend on whether there is available budget but we will discuss this with you at the proposal stage. We can create a very simple brand manual right up to a very sophisticated manual that includes every touch point with your brand including signage and vehicle liveries.
We usually recommend WPengine hosting. It’s good but a little more expensive than Ionos, GoDaddy or similar. WPengine give great support and backup when you need it. We will also work with any host you prefer.
